Volleyball Recap: Novi Has No Trouble Against Dearborn + How To Watch

Novi won the last time they faced Dearborn and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats blew past the Pioneers 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Novi was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-6, 25-7.

Mallory Stoy went supernova, getting eight aces and six digs. Those eight aces gave her a new career-high. Nora Nzoma also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Novi was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 21 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Novi's victory bumped their record up to 19-12. As for Dearborn, their loss dropped their record down to 6-20-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Novi will square off against Lakeland at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dearborn, they will take on Crestwood at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th.
