Cherokee hasn't had much luck against Murphy recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Braves will head out to square off against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Cherokee's offense. They came up short against Robbinsville on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The Braves just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Meanwhile, Murphy was not the first on the board on Tuesday, but they got there more often. They put the hurt on Hayesville with a sharp 9-3 win.

Paisley Johnson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on seven hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
