Aledo extended their postseason success on Friday against McKinney North. They never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. The Bearcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Aledo is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.9 runs over those games. As for McKinney North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-14-1.

Coming up, Aledo will face off against Smithson Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rangers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Bearcats surely won't give up without a fight. McKinney North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
