Softball Recap: Tulare Union Takes a Loss

Tulare Union lost against Selma back in May of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tribe came up short against the Bears, falling 8-1. The Tribe have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tulare Union saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Faith Jimenez, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Tulare Union's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Selma, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6-1 record this season.

Tulare Union wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 5-0 win against Sanger West on the 12th. As for Selma, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-2 defeat against Shafter on the 12th.
