Basketball Recap: Jessieville's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Jessieville had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 43-39 W over the Two Rivers Gators on Monday. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Gators, too.

Jessieville's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 4-15. As for Two Rivers, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-18.

Jessieville won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Baptist Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Two Rivers, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
