Soccer Recap: Spanish Fort Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday

Spanish Fort took a four-goal loss the last time they faced off against Fairhope, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Spanish Fort Toros sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Fairhope Pirates on Tuesday. Dylan Gaynor had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Toros.

Spanish Fort's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-3-3. As for Fairhope, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6-1.

Coming up, Spanish Fort will take on St. Luke's Episcopal at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fairhope, they are taking a road trip to take on Robertsdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
