Peyton Landers turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024.

Coming up, Landers and Sebastian River will challenge Melbourne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
