Flag Football Game Preview: North Monterey County Condors vs. King City Mustangs + How To Watch

The North Monterey County Condors will venture away from home to take on the King City Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. North Monterey County's defense has only allowed 7.2 points per game this season, so King City's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Meanwhile, King City entered their tilt with Monterey on Wednesday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They strolled past the Dores with points to spare, taking the game 27-12.

King City's win came from a few key players North Monterey County will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Katia Slama, who threw for 324 yards and four touchdowns. That's the most passing yards she has posted since back in October of 2024. Shyrah McDonald helped Slama out on the ground, picking up 107 receiving yards and three scores.

North Monterey County's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for King City, their win bumped their record up to 13-8.
