Volleyball Recap: Shiloh Christian Falls Short Against Ranked Siloam Springs

Shiloh Christian faced Siloam Springs in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Saints came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0. The Saints were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-12.

Chloe Blessing paced Shiloh Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Blessing got some help from Kennedy Brown and her 13 assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Shiloh Christian is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-13-1. As for Siloam Springs, their win bumped their record up to 14-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Shiloh Christian will face off against rival Greenwood at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Siloam Springs is set to challenge their familiar foe Van Buren at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
