Football Recap: Ponderosa Extends Home Winning Streak to 12

There's no place like home for Ponderosa, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They managed an 18-12 victory over the Vacaville Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Aleyah Cruz threw for 63 yards and one touchdown. Bella Escobar was her top target, picking up 32 receiving yards.

Ponderosa pushed their record up to 1-2 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.1 points on average over those games.
