After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Yucaipa, Shadow Hills was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles, posting a 44-10 victory. The Knights pushed the score to 44-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Golden Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

Shadow Hills got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jesse Rodriguez out in front who threw for 288 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Those 288 passing yards gave Rodriguez a new career-high. Brandon Peffers was another key receiver, picking up 107 receiving yards and two TDs.

Shadow Hills' record now sits at 3-1. As for Desert Hot Springs, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
