Volleyball Recap: Marquette Catholic Explorers vs. Litchfield Purple Panthers
If Litchfield wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Marquette Catholic, they should've done a better job of containing Morgan Rister. The Explorers had just enough and edged out the Purple Panthers 2-1 thanks in part to Rister, who had 32 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 16 or more in each of the last three games she's played.
It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Marquette Catholic got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 20-25, 27-25.
