Basketball Game Preview: Millennium Tigers vs. Desert Vista Thunder

The Millennium Tigers will face off against the Desert Vista Thunder on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Millennium comes in on nine and Desert Vista on five.

Millennium is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 53-45 win over Xavier College Prep.

Meanwhile, Desert Vista faced Sunnyslope in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. Desert Vista managed a 52-46 victory over Sunnyslope.

Desert Vista's win bumped their record up to 16-12. As for Millennium, their victory bumped their record up to 22-6.

Millennium didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Desert Vista in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 62-57 win. Will Millennium repeat their success, or does Desert Vista have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
