Baseball Recap: Real Life Christian Academy Triumphs

Real Life Christian Academy's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the All Saints' Academy Saints by a score of 6-3. This was payback for the Raptors, who suffered a 6-5 loss the last time these two teams met.

Shane Riley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Riley was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kayden Muniz, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with five stolen bases. Another player making a difference was Noel Vicente, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Real Life Christian Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Real Life Christian Academy will host First Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for All Saints' Academy, they will face off against Oasis Christian at 7:00 p.m. on March 4th.
