Fans got a thrill when O. H. Rouse and Zack Carlton connected against South Robeson. The connection was good for 51 yards, the longest such play in NCISAA Big East this season.
Ravenscroft took down Pine Lake Prep 57-8 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, North Raleigh Christian Academy's Richard Landis and Daniel Rose have proven to be a lethal combination. Landis has thrown for 502 yards this season, while Rose, a 5-foot-9 receiver, has 33 catches for 344 yards. Harrells Christian Academy's Kelly Nelms leads the league in rushing yards with 489.
The Ravens led the league in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on the Pride.
