Volleyball Recap: West Seattle Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The home team had come away the winner the last three times West Seattle and Bishop Blanchet had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. West Seattle lost 3-0 to Bishop Blanchet on Monday. West Seattle was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bishop Blanchet apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

West Seattle was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-15, 25-22.

West Seattle dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Bishop Blanchet, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. West Seattle is set to face off against their familiar foe Holy Names Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Bishop Blanchet will challenge rival Eastside Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
