James River Midlothian is a perfect 4-0 against Richmond High School for the Arts since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rapids will welcome the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

James River Midlothian's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past Cosby 1-0. The game was the first time James River Midlothian have beaten Cosby on their pitch since March 22, 2022.

Meanwhile, Richmond High School for the Arts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Midlothian, falling 5-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Richmond High School for the Arts' loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for James River Midlothian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4-1.

James River Midlothian beat Richmond High School for the Arts by a goal in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, winning 1-0. Will the Rapids repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
