Soccer Recap: Morrilton Comes Up Short

Morrilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Clarksville Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Clarksville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in March.

Morrilton's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Clarksville, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Morrilton is set to square off against their familiar foe Dardanelle at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Clarksville will challenge rival Huntsville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
