Basketball Recap: Wagner Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Wagner lost against New Dorp back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wagner Falcons took a hard 67-50 fall against the New Dorp Central Cougars. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 295th, while the Central Cougars are ranked 96th).

Wagner's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-7. As for New Dorp, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-4.

As of now, neither Wagner nor New Dorp have any future games scheduled.
