Volleyball Game Preview: Lincoln Lancers vs. Regis Groff Fusion + How To Watch

The Lincoln Lancers will head out on the road to square off against the Regis Groff Fusion at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Things were looking good for Lincoln after they put the first set on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Denver West by a score of 3-2. While the Lancers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cowboys 25-0 in the first set.

Lincoln actually scored more points across those five sets (73-65), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 0-25, 25-0, 0-25, 25-23, 15-0.

Meanwhile, Regis Groff can bid farewell to their three-match losing streak thanks to their match on Saturday. They skirted past George Washington 2-1.

Regis Groff's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Lincoln suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Regis Groff in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Lancers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
