 Sierra Lutheran had to endure  a  four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pershing County Mustangs  on Saturday and snuck past  3-2. This was a revenge  match for Sierra Lutheran, as the team was forced to settle for  a  5-4 loss when these two played  on Saturday.
  Joseph Seddon spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned  (and one unearned) run on four hits and racked up ten Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in eight consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Drew Gleiser, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4. As for Pershing County, they are on the road again  on Tuesday to play Silver Stage at 4:00  p.m. The last three games Pershing County has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
