Seymour came tearing into Saturday's contest with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Indianapolis Bishop Chatard Trojans. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Owls have posted since August 30th.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Seymour who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 15-13.

Zoe Williams paced Seymour's offense, picking up 12 kills. Williams got some help from Anna Fish and her 24 assists. Finally, Williams was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.
