Britton-Hecla is 0-10 against Milbank since October of 2017 but things could change on Thursday. The Braves will host the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Britton-Hecla will be strutting in after a win while Milbank will be coming in after a defeat.
Britton-Hecla will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Sisseton, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Braves came out on top against the Redmen by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The game was the first time the Braves have beaten the Redmen on their court since October 17, 2016.
Britton-Hecla had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-12, 25-21, 25-19.

Britton-Hecla's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ava Teveldal, who had 19 digs and one assist. Teveldal has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last nine times she's played. Airiana Buer was another key player, getting seven digs and two aces.
Meanwhile, Milbank came up short against Webster on Tuesday and fell 3-1.
While Milbank had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23, 16-25, 25-19.
Milbank's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Britton-Hecla, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 9-8.
