Volleyball Recap: Kennedy's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Five

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Kennedy had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lake View Wildcats. The win was nothing new for the Crusaders as they're now sitting on five straight.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Kennedy took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13.

Kennedy's victory bumped their record up to 18-5-1. As for Lake View, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-6.

Kennedy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Solorio at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th. Lake View does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
