Tamarac has gone a perfect 10-0 against Waterford-Halfmoon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Bengals will host the Fordians at 4:30 p.m. Tamarac is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last 11 games.

Waterford-Halfmoon's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Thursday: Tamarac hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Bengals never let Mechanicville get on the board and left with a 5-0 win on Tuesday.

Toni DeLorenzo made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 17 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

In other batting news, Ashlynn Tomaro was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple. Makenna Ashe was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Tuesday Waterford-Halfmoon sidestepped Berlin/New Lebanon for a 6-5 victory.

Tamarac's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Waterford-Halfmoon, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10.

Everything went Tamarac's way against Waterford-Halfmoon when the teams last played back in April, as Tamarac made off with a 21-0 victory. Will the Bengals repeat their success, or do the Fordians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
