Newport Harbor had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Corona del Mar Sea Kings as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Sailors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Sea Kings, too.

Newport Harbor's win bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Corona del Mar, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Newport Harbor will take on rival Los Alamitos at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Corona del Mar is set to square off against their familiar foe Marina at 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
