Volleyball Recap: Sartell-St. Stephen Gets the Win

Sartell-St. Stephen won the last time they faced Owatonna and things went their way on Friday too. The Sabres came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 2-0.

Gabby Schulte paced Sartell-St. Stephen's offense, picking up eight kills. Schulte got some help from Kate Thompson and her 18 assists. Finally, Olivia Terhune kept Sartell-St. Stephen's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

The win got Sartell-St. Stephen back to even at 3-3. As for Owatonna, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Sartell-St. Stephen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Northfield on the 6th. As for Owatonna, they will face off against Farmington at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
