Olentangy Berlin had won two straight games and Mitchell Moran did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Bears came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets for which the team can thank Moran, who had 14 digs. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Olentangy Berlin's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Mt. Vernon, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Coincidentally, Olentangy Berlin and Mt. Vernon will both be playing Beavercreek the next time they take the court. The Yellowjackets will head out to face the Beavers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bears will play them later in the day, at 11:15 a.m.
