Woodson typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Bryson proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Woodson Cowboys by a score of 57-45. The victory was nothing new for Bryson as they're now sitting on three straight.

Several Cowboys players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Hagen Miller, who posted 12 points. Caleb Valentic was another key player, going 6 for 14 on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Bryson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. As for Woodson, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-11.

The future could be bright for both Bryson and Woodson: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Bryson will try to hand Throckmorton their 16th-straight loss when the two meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Woodson will look to extend Newcastle's three-game losing streak when the meet at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
