Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Vista PEAK Prep

Vista PEAK Prep hadn't done well against Brighton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Bison walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs. The game was the first time the Bison have beaten the Bulldogs on their court since October 1, 2019.

Vista PEAK Prep's offense was headlined by Sanaya Wyatt and Emily Peterson, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Ava Eltzroth and her 17 assists. Peterson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

The win was the third in a row for Vista PEAK Prep, bringing their record up to 15-6. As for Brighton, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11.

Vista PEAK Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Centaurus on the 1st. As for Brighton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Thomas Jefferson on the 1st.
