Basketball Recap: Hume-Fogg Blue Knights vs. University School of Nashville Tigers
Hume-Fogg was the 41-37 winner over University School of Nashville when they last played one another back in November of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Hume-Fogg Blue Knights took a 39-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the University School of Nashville Tigers on Tuesday.
University School of Nashville found their leader in freshman Johnsie Dawkins, who scored ten points along with five steals. Margaret Mckay was another key player, posting ten points in addition to four steals.
Hume-Fogg's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Hume-Fogg will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hillsboro at 6:00 p.m. on December 3rd. As for University School of Nashville, they will face off against Antioch at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
