Soccer Game Preview: North Henderson vs. Franklin

The North Henderson Knights will head out to face off against the Franklin Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. North Henderson comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

North Henderson is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tuscola on Monday. Reese Smith was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on her (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Ava Staton and Smith scored all three of North Henderson's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, Franklin didn't have quite enough to beat Pisgah on Monday and fell 2-1. Franklin have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for North Henderson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
