There's no place like home for Houghton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They blew past the Dollar Bay Bays 89-50 on Friday. The Gremlins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 25 points or more this season.

Dollar Bay lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Baron Colbert, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Jackson Vondoloski, who posted six points and three steals.

Houghton's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.8 points. As for Dollar Bay, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2.

Houghton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 81-47 victory against West Iron County on the 13th. Dollar Bay has also already played their next contest, a 79-52 win against Wakefield on the 13th.
