Softball Recap: Northern Guilford Nighthawks vs. Southern Alamance Patriots
Northern Guilford waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Southern Alamance Patriots as they made off with a 9-3 victory. This was payback for the Nighthawks, who suffered a 16-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Morgan Headen made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.
