First Flight won the last time they faced Currituck County and things went their way on Monday too. The Nighthawks' defense stepped up to hand the Knights a 7-0 shutout. Considering First Flight have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

First Flight has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 42 goals over those eight matches.
