            Basketball Recap: Ridgevue Warhawks vs. Emmett Huskies        
        
		
        
        
            Ridgevue won the last time they faced Emmett and things went their way  on Friday too. The Ridgevue Warhawks blew past the Emmett Huskies, posting  a  45-15 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  win the Warhawks have posted  since November 19, 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ridgevue to victory, but perhaps none more so than   McKenna Durrant, who  dropped  a double-double on 13  points and 12  boards. Durrant is  on a roll when it comes to  rebounds, as she's  now  pulled down eight or more in the last seven games she's  played.  Hollund Miller was another key player,  almost  dropping  a double-double on nine points and 13  rebounds.
 Ridgevue  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 19  offensive boards. That's the most  offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
 When it comes to explaining why Emmett lost, don't look at  Natalie Goslin. Despite the final result, she  posted seven points along with 12  rebounds and three  steals.
Ridgevue is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record  this season. As for Emmett,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-7.
 Ridgevue didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  46-25  victory against McCall-Donnelly on the 4th.
