Softball Recap: Everglades City Wins Going Away Against East Lee County

Everglades City's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the East Lee County Jaguars 16-8. Considering the Gators have won five matchups by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Josey Ryder was a standout: she got on base in all three of her plate appearances with six stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Those six stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Ava Ramos was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with six stolen bases and three runs.
