West Rowan has gone a perfect 3-0 against Mount Pleasant recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. West Rowan will face off against Mount Pleasant at 6:00 p.m. West Rowan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6 runs per game this season.

West Rowan is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering East Rowan just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 6-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Falcons were not able to get on the board.

West Rowan saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Reese Poole, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past Albemarle 15-0. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

West Rowan's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 5-3. As for Mount Pleasant, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

West Rowan was able to grind out a solid victory over Mount Pleasant in their previous meeting back in April of 2018, winning 12-8. Will West Rowan repeat their success, or does Mount Pleasant has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
