Soccer Game Preview: Northwest vs. Manhattan

Northwest is 1-8 against Manhattan since May of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Grizzlies are taking a road trip to square off against the Indians. Northwest is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Northwest proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They beat Southeast by a goal, winning 2-1.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Manhattan's offense. They came up short against Blue Valley on Saturday, falling 4-0. Manhattan have struggled against Blue Valley recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Northwest's victory bumped their record up to 5-6-1. As for Manhattan, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
