Basketball Recap: Bronte Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Bronte got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They blew past the Blackwell Hornets 52-31 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Longhorns also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Bronte's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-12. As for Blackwell, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Bronte will head out to challenge Garden City at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blackwell, they will host Irion County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
