Baseball Recap: Poth Pirates vs. Jay Mustangs
Poth barely beat Jay the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pirates put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 6-0 win on Friday. Six seems to be a good number for the Pirates as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Not much got past Braden Arruda, who gave up just five hits to keep Jay off the board.
On the hitting side, Jacob Clark was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. Major Luna was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
