IMG Academy defeated Grayson 25-7 in both teams' season opener last week. American Heritage (Plantation, Fla.) is the No. 3 team.
The regional rankings are based on the
MaxPreps Computer Rankings,
presented by the Army National Guard. The South region includes teams
from Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama,
Louisiana, Washington D.C., Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina,
Virginia and West Virginia.
