Given the Ponies' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Rams are ranked 338th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Warren-Alvarado-Oslo's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-3.
