Softball Recap: Myrtle Beach Takes a Loss

Myrtle Beach fell victim to St. James and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sharks. The game marked the first time this year in which the Seahawks were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Myrtle Beach and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for St. James, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Sharks beat Myrtle Beach by a score of 5-0 later that day.
