Culpeper County and Chancellor are an even 3-3-1 against one another since March of 2022, but likely not for long. The Blue Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Chargers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, neither Culpeper County nor Caroline could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Chancellor kept a clean sheet against King George on Tuesday. They skirted past the Foxes 1-0. The game was the first time Chancellor have beaten King George on their pitch since May 5, 2022.

Chancellor's one-goal win came courtesy of Hailey Garcia, who's now up to five this season.

Chancellor is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four contests. Culpeper County's draw gives them a new season record of 2-4-2.

Culpeper County took their win against Chancellor in their previous matchup on April 2nd by a conclusive 5-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
