Ellinwood made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 13,697 from 14,024. The improvement was the result of 54-6 victory over the Eagles last week.

Hoisington's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jacob Warnken threw for 126 and one touchdown and Jeffrey Kaiser had 60 yards receiving. On the ground Chance Demel chipped in 209 yards. Jacob Durrett helped Hoisington's passing attack out by catching one ball for 36 yards.

Durrett made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Cardinals topped Russell. The senior forced one fumble and recorded one fumble.

Larned/Pawnee Heights' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Indians feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Easton Palmer has thrown for 1048 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Jamil Shoemaker has 25 catches for 411 yards. Brady Keith leads the league in rushing with 998 yards.

Hoisington's Hagan Hanzlick needs only 63 yards against More Prep-Marian next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Hanzlick has rushed for 937 yards on 127 carries so far this year.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Jason Ingram's team takes on the Monarchs. At the moment, the Cardinals are in first, while More Prep-Marian is in third.

Hoisington led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on the Broncos. Demel caught one passes for 15 yards in the win.
