Soccer Game Preview: Chimacum vs. Northwest

The Chimacum Cowboys will head out on the road to take on the Northwest House at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Tuesday, Chimacum didn't have quite enough to beat Klahowya and fell 2-1. Chimacum haven't had much luck with Klahowya recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Northwest's offense. They came up short against Bush on Tuesday, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Northwest can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 192nd, while Bush are ranked 46th).

Northwest now has a losing record of 1-2-2. As for Chimacum, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1.
