Dexter is 9-1 against Chelsea since June of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Dreadnaughts will face off against the Bulldogs at 12:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty goal totals in their previous games.

As a matter of fact, Dexter put up the most goals they have all season on Thursday. They never let Lincoln get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Dexter's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 162nd, while Lincoln are ranked 363rd).

Meanwhile, Chelsea waltzed into their match on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 5-0 win. The result was nothing new for Chelsea, who have now won three contests by four goals or more so far this season.

Chelsea's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Dexter, they moved to 3-4 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Dexter was able to grind out a solid win over Chelsea when the teams last played back in April, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dreadnaughts since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
