Softball Recap: Sandwich Blue Knights vs. Norwell Clippers
While Sandwich's win against Norwell wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Blue Knights skirted past the Clippers 8-7. The victory was nothing new for the Blue Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Sophie Farrington spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and four unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 14 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Mia Consalvi was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one triple. Capri Barber was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and two doubles.
Sandwich hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their strikeout total in three consecutive contests.
