Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Blake Waldron stepped things up a notch to give Appalachian Christian School the 'W'. Waldron showed up in a big way, dropping a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 8.5 boards per game.

Waldron and Appalachian Christian School will face off against Blue Ridge Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Trailblazers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bears thanks in part to Waldron: he shot 42% from the field on his way to 14 points along with seven boards and three steals.
